Times have changed. India's growth story is faltering. Yet the issues raised in the book (at a time when India was going up the growth trajectory) are extremely relevant, specially in the context of fiscal profligacy that we are still indulging in. All the issues that have been highlighted still need to be addressed and that is what makes the articles quite interesting.
