Matt Petronzio
- Description: Matt Petronzio is a poet, journalist and editor based in New York City. His poetry has appeared in Powder Keg, PANK, InDigest, Ghost Ocean, and elsewhere. He earned his MFA in poetry from Hunter College of The City University of New York, where he received the Academy of American Poets Prize, among other awards.Matt daylights as the editorial director at Global Citizen, where he leads the international organization's editorial team covering human rights, equality, environmental justice and the movement to end extreme poverty. He previously worked as the Social Good Editor at Mashable, and authored four chapters of Mashable's first book, Politics Transformed: The High Tech Battle for Your Vote, published in October 2012.
